Here’s what you should know before buying:

All sales are final. Once you place an order and purchase, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
We do not offer refunds, except in the rare event of:
- Receiving the wrong item.
- Damage in transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof).
- Sculptures can’t be replaced with a replica, as these are one off masterpieces that were specially crafted for you (limited editions). A period of 6 – 8 weeks for the replacement of sculptures broken during shipping is required. In the case of having certain parts broken, in line with our terms and conditions, we will offer a 60% refund and a 35% discount on your next sculpture purchase. This is subject to evidence provided and internal review of the damages.

If your situation falls under these exceptions and is approved, we’ll happily replace the item, not refund the purchase.
